Also known as Maryland Route 130, Greenspring Valley, MD real estate resides along the well-known state road in Maryland’s Baltimore County. Greenspring Valley Road operates cross-county from the unincorporated Maryland community of Owings Mills to another unincorporated community of Lutherville.

Greenspring Valley, MD real estate is located along the entire route, which has only one travel lane in each direction, with the exception of turning lanes in several locations.

The community of Owings Mills (the point from which Greenspring Valley Road starts) is also known as McDonough Township. It was found to the west of Baltimore County’s Reisterstown Road. Greenspring Valley Road only picks up the state designation on the east of Reisterstown Road. It remains a state road until it reaches Falls Road, at which point Greenspring Valley Road and Greenspring Valley, MD real estate properties come to an end. The street does continue on for two more blocks under the name Station Drive in Lutherville. The area of Lutherville is also known as Brooklandville or Greenspring Station. Greenspring Valley Road also crosses Maryland Route 129, which is also known as Park Heights Avenue.
