A Baltimore County native and Boston University graduate in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Holly got her first taste of sales while being the youngest manager in her region for a large retail/restaurant company. That was when she discovered her passion for connecting with customers.Holly then entered real estate in 1999.
During her career, she learned the backbone of the business by starting as the listing and pending manager in a high volume Real Estate office where she was introduced to the necessary skills of negotiating and problem solving that it takes to make transactions smooth for her clients.She has extensive experience working directly with national banks, listing and managing foreclosures across Maryland.Holly joined Krauss in 2012 after working with Heidi on a Monkton sale.Since then she has focused her attention on the areas she loves; Baltimore, Carroll, and Harford County. Holly has a passion for farms and the suburban and rural areas of Northern Maryland.She connects easily with her clients and finds Krauss the perfect fit.
Riding since the age of 3, Holly was voted All American polo player while attending Garrison Forest School and helped bring the school’s first USPA Women’s National Championship. She also showed horses competitively both locally and at the rated level.Now the mother of a middle school son and lower school twins that she is raising in the Western Run Valley, Holly still finds the time to ride and show horses with her daughter regularly throughout the year.Aside from hoses and ponies, Holly raises chickens, ducks, a swarm of old dogs, and enjoys the country life.
